Job Title: Roof Estimator/Salesman

Description: This position entails driving to potential customers properties to take measurements of the roof and create a computer generated bid to be sent to the customer. In addition, you would handle any questions and concerns that our customers may have about their bid. Must be good with people, reliable, dependable, honest & have great written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated, sales minded & a team player are a must. Position is hourly but includes a sales commission. Will train the right person.

Licenses Required: Washington State Drivers License with a clean driving record & own transportation.

Skill Desired: Min. 5 years experience in construction, min. 2 yrs experience in estimating/sales. Basic computer skills and the ability to life 75 lbs. are a must.

Job Title: Foreman

Description: This position entails safety training/documentation and safety program enforcement on the jobsite, along with manpower management on the jobsite. Oversee the quality of the work and cost control on the jobsite. Would be a liaison between office staff and crew. Must be responsible, reliable and possess leadership skills. Must be able to follow instructions and have excellent communication skills.
